Joseph W. (Joe) Harper died on February 5, 1907.
According to the Federal Census of 1920 by 1920
Fannie
Rudder Harper
was married to Tobe London Marlow who
was born on November 28, 1850 in Obion County,
Tennessee and died in  1925 in Dunklin County, Holcomb,
Missouri.

Fannie Rudder Harper Marlow died on February 8, 1931 in
Dunklin County, Holcomb, Missouri and was buried in the
Stanfield Cemetery, Dunklin County, Freeborn Township
(Close to Clarkton), Missouri. Her death was reported by
her son,
Joseph "Bland" Harper. Her funeral was done by Lentz
Undertaking Company.

RoEllen, Tennessee to Dunklin County, Holcomb Township,
Holcomb, Missouri.

Once the family of
Joseph W. (Joe) Harper had moved to
Dunklin County, Holcomb Township, Holcomb, Missouri
Joseph (Joe) and his wife Fannie had two more children: 1)
William (Will) Harper who was born in August 1884 and 2)
Joseph "Bland"
Harper who was born on June 26, 1896 in Kennett,
Missouri.
